Warranty

Our products come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Payment

Payments are made through direct wire transfer to the bank. Unless otherwise stated, payments are made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Order Placement

Full payment is required upfront before we process your order.

Order Confirmation

Once your product is shipped, we will contact you and send an invoice. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.

Price Confidentiality

Before we share our price list, you must sign a non-disclosure agreement. This means the price list is for your company only and cannot be shared without our permission.

Changes to Terms and Policies

We have the right to change our terms and policies at any time. We will notify you of any changes in advance.

Ownership of Equipment

Once fully paid for, the equipment belongs solely to you, the client.

Restocking Fee

A 40% restocking fee applies to returned products, along with any costs for inspection, reworking, or refurbishing. You will also be responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways.
