Labtro Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinet LT-HLC104 works by drawing ambient air through an initial-efficiency filter before passing it through the HEPA filtration system. The filtered air is supplied across the work area to create a Class 100 clean workspace for contamination-sensitive procedures. An average air velocity of 0.25 to 0.45 m/s maintains continuous filtered airflow during sample preparation and handling. The SUS304 brushed stainless steel workbench provides a corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean surface, while the cold-rolled steel exterior provides structural durability. A digital LCD interface allows convenient operation of cabinet functions. The positioning sliding-door system supports flexible access to the chamber, while the lighting and UV sterilization systems incorporate an interlock function. UV timing enables controlled sterilization between operating procedures.
