Overview

Labtro Safety Valve Test Bench LT-SVTB101 uses compressed air or nitrogen, and water where hydraulic testing is required, as the test medium. The selected valve is mounted securely on the test station using the hydraulic clamping system. Pneumatic booster pumps then increase the pressure gradually to the preset test value, while the operator controls the process through the computer interface. Pressure signals are continuously measured and transferred to the LabVIEW-based NI data acquisition system, which displays pressure changes in real time. As the valve opens and reseats, the system records the pressure and time data, generates test curves, and stores the test results. After completion, the pressure is safely released and the software can generate and print the corresponding test report.
