Blood Coagulation Analyzer LT-BCA103
Labtro Blood Coagulation Analyzer LT-BCA103 performs coagulation testing through a fully automated analytical workflow. Samples are loaded into the 35-position sample area, where barcode recognition and automatic positioning support correct sample identification. The integrated sampling system aspirates the required sample and transfers it for testing, while reagents are supplied automatically from the 21 onboard reagent positions. Samples and reagents are pre-heated through the 20 pre-heating channels before the reaction begins. Depending on the selected assay, the analyzer uses magnetic-bead coagulation, immunoturbidimetric, or chromogenic substrate detection to monitor the reaction and determine the test result. Four test channels support efficient parallel processing, enabling throughput of up to 200 tests per hour. Magnetic cuvettes are supplied automatically from the 1000-cuvette loading system, while the washing system cleans the sampling components between tests. Results are automatically processed and can be transferred through the LIS system.
